TESA set with three dummy probes: 0, 100 and 1,000 µm

Application

Dummy plungers with contact point are resistance dividers for testing, calibrating and adjusting TESA display electronics and old TESA MODULE electronics. Each standard represents a specific length measurement with a high degree of accuracy. This is based on the electrical value, with one positive and one negative value.

Execution

• Replicate a TESA inductive length-measuring probe (half-bridge version) with 73.75 mV/V/mm
• Suitable for electronics with the following specifications: Frequency: 13 ± 0.65 kHz, voltage: 3 ± 0.015 Veff (2 symmetrical voltages of 1.5 Veff), output impedance: ≤ 0.2 Ω, input impedance: 2,000 Ω
