Application

For precise adjustment of internal precision measuring instruments to the required dimensions. In order to obtain the desired dimension, a combination of gauge blocks (not included in the scope of delivery) is inserted in the groove between the two measuring arms. Depending on the scale of the gauge blocks, it is even possible to create setting gauges with 0.5 µm increments. A Subito should always be adjusted in the measuring position in which it will subsequently be used.

• Adjustment jaws made of hardened steel
• Fixed and loose measuring jaws made from cemented carbide lapped to gauge block quality
• Clamping element fixes the gauge block unit with reproducible force
