• Tooth geometry: variable 4-6 TPI Vario teeth with positive 10° tooth angle. Lower heat generation ensures the teeth feature a longer service life.
• Due to the aggressive teeth and good material removal, a lower contact pressure is required.
• Teeth material: High-quality HSS alloy with 8 % cobalt content for optimal service life even when used on metal. Bi-metal construction, electron-welded HSS teeth on special steel bodies for optimum cutting quality and long service life. Due to the high wear resistance of the high-quality HSS alloy, the hole saws are ideal for demanding work, e.g. for cutting stainless steel and acid-resistant metals, as well as softer materials such as wood.
• Cutting depth of 41 mm.
• Strong steel back ensures high stability with lower vibrations. 4 pin holes for easy locking of the adapter. Precision-manufactured, circular back for optimum concentricity, especially important for hole saws with larger diameters.
