Application

The linear pantograph is perfectly suited for standard wire mesh baskets and small load carrying crates. Simply place the basket or box on top, activate it and go! Efficient, convenient and sophisticated design.

Execution

• The intelligent switchgear functions similar to a ballpoint pen so you can operate the pantograph with just one hand and very little effort.
• Pantograph, linear version, horizontal linear movement to accept a load. Loads to be handled: Type: Wire mesh basket/small load carrying crate. Length: 470 mm. Width: 320 mm. Height: 200 mm. Weight: max. 80 kg. Centre of gravity: symmetrical. Handling procedure: Moved in same orientation.
• The load-bearing equipment comprises the following components: Pantograph, linear version. Specially dimensioned gripping jaws. Attachment device for quickly centring the load and triggering the switchgear. Quick-action coupling for replacing the load bearing device. Grip width adjustable using spring-loaded stop bolts. Design as per article number 2ACPP01350. Technical specifications: Overall lift: 50 mm. Lift per gripping jaw: 25 mm.
• Assumptions/pre-requisites: The pick-up/put-down areas must be freely accessible from above and free from any contours that could interfere with handling. The load must be free from dust and grease. In order to properly design the load bearing equipment, we require physical samples of loads to be carried, in a manageable condition and at no cost to us.
