Application

For clamping straight tool shanks with lateral clamping surface in accordance with DIN 1835 shape B (Weldon)

Execution

• With cooling channels for optimal cooling of the tool cutting edge
• An O-ring must be used for tools with an internal coolant supply
• Diameter 6-18 mm with 2 cooling channels, 20-40 mm with 4 cooling channels
• Alloyed case-hardening steel with a core tensile strength of at least 950 N/mm²
• Case-hardened HRC 58 ± 2, hardness depth 0.6 mm ± +0.2 mm
• Taper angle tolerance quality in accordance with the applicable standard
• Ra 0.3 taper surface quality
• Hole for data carrier DIN 69873 in the collar
• Black oxide surface
