Application
For use in reaming and drilling applications as well as for finishing in milling operations. Optimal interaction of geometric and functional properties. Developed for tool and mould making, aerospace and automotive sectors.
Execution
- With axial tool length adjustment
- Flexible application by means of reducing sleeves
- Coolant pressure up to 80 bar.
- The outer contour of the Hydro-Max is based 1:1 on the ATORN shrink-fit chuck.
- This means that the advantages of hydraulic expansion clamping technology also hold true for these applications.
- Clamping application in the collar
Advantage
- Damping properties for increasing the service life of the tool and machine spindle.
- Very high torque transfer (dia. 20 = 330 Nm/dia. 32 = 650 Nm).
- Hydraulic expansion chuck with original dimensions of a shrink-fit chuck (DIN contour with 4.5°).
- All standard shanks can be clamped (dia. tolerance h6).
- Application-oriented system design.
