Application

The intermediate elements with indexing are used as height adapters for workpieces and clamping devices and are mounted on the base elements. The workpieces are clamped using the mounting elements. This clamping system can be used to position workpieces at the required machining height in the machine for five-sided machining or to quickly and securely clamp workpieces with offsets and different clamping heights on the machine table. The 90° four-point indexing feature enables workpieces to be secured against radial twisting when using high machining forces.

Execution

  • Plasma-nitrided, black-oxide hardened steel.

Advantage

  • Quick, easy and flexible clamping of complex workpiece contours on machine tables. Ideal for levelling and securely clamping workpieces or clamping devices at the required machining height in machine tools.

Notes

The intermediate elements, except for heights H20, 28 and 30, have a mounting bore for size 10 or 20 pull studs for adaptation to zero-point clamping modules. If two or more intermediate elements are being used, they can be axially aligned using centring sleeves and screwed in place. The fastening screws are included in the scope of delivery. Observe the screw lengths when fastening to AMF grid plates! Order numbers for centring sleeves: size 10: order no. 535732; size 20: order no. 78006. Order number for slot nuts: 430278
