Application
Pneumatic zero-point clamping system for clamping with optimised setup time for machining and chipless machining. No interfering contours on the underside of the fixture plate, making it ideal for applications in transfer automation.
Execution
- With integrated blow-off and support control on the contact surface.
- Pneumatic opening.
- Pneumatic blow-off.
- Operating pressure for opening: min. 5 bar to max. 12 bar.
- Hardened housing and piston.
- Repeat accuracy less than 0.1 mm.
Notes
The zero-point clamping system is opened pneumatically (1) and locked mechanically by spring force. The pneumatic supply lines can be connected on the underside of the clamping module using an M3 thread. The air can also be supplied using the O-rings included in the scope of delivery. The pressure line can then be disconnected as desired (zero-point clamping system is clamped pressure-free). The connection (7) can also be used for pneumatic blow-off and support control. Bleeding via connection (5).
