Execution
- The support surfaces are in an "island" design with integrated blow-off, centric blow-out, support control, locking control and pull stud detection.
- Pneumatic opening.
- Pneumatic blow-out.
- Operating pressure for opening:
- KP10.3: min. 5 bar to max. 12 bar.
- KP20.3: min. 4.5 bar to max. 12 bar.
- Hardened cover and piston.
- Repeat accuracy less than 0.005 mm.
- With locking control (pneumatic) and opening control (pneumatic)
- Support control (pneumatic) and pull stud detection (pneumatic)
Notes
Clamping module. Opening control: Dynamic pressure when clamping module is open, flow when clamping module is locked. Pull stud detection: Dynamic pressure when pull stud is present, flow when pull stud is not present. Support control: Dynamic pressure when fixture plate is present. The installation clamping module is opened pneumatically and locked mechanically by spring force. The pressure line can then be disconnected as desired (module is clamped pressure-free). The clamping module has seven connections: 1 = pneumatic opening, 3 = pneumatic blow-out, 4 = pneumatic opening control input, 5= bleeding, 6 = pneumatic pull stud control input, 7 = pneumatic support control, 8 = pneumatic locking control input * Please follow the installation instructions.
