Application

Can be used for the following tools and devices, e.g.: Multi-purpose screwdriver, butcher's machines, welding tongs, X-ray equipment, monitor suspensions, measuring robots, riveting machines.

Execution

• Housing and the cable drum made of high-pressure die cast aluminium
• Cable drum double ball bearings
• Suspension can be positioned to the load which is done by a safety hook in free rotating and swivelling design with hook mouth securing
• Carrying force is infinitely variable via adjusting screw
• Load is attached via a screw snap hook
• cable feed limitation is impact absorbing and adjustable
• Rope is infinitely variable in its length via a rope clamp
• If required, the cable can be replaced very easily
• Safety device: Fall arrester in line with DIN 15112 included in scope of delivery, patented over-twist safeguard of suspension spring, spring safety device, fully encapsulated special motive spring, cable drum, can be blocked with integrated locking device, push clamp for securing the cable end
• Working area: Cable extraction: 2000 mm, cables in special lengths available on request. Special design with manual cable retraction lock deliverable upon request. This allows the cable to be blocked with a single movement when working. Locking not to be used for load change!
