AMF 6210IL pneumatic mounting element for BP10.3 with indexing

Application

The mounting element is used to clamp workpieces or devices directly on the BP10.3 and BP20 pneumatic clamping modules with repeat accuracy using pull studs. This clamping system can be used to position workpieces at the required machining height in the machine for five-sided machining or to quickly and securely clamp workpieces with offsets and different clamping heights on the machine table. The 90° four-point indexing feature enables workpieces to be secured against radial twisting when using high machining forces.

• Housing: Plasma-nitrided, black-oxide hardened steel.
• Clamping module: Hardened cover and piston.
