AMF 6210IL-10-05 adapter for clamping module B10 to BP5 with indexing

Application

for reducing to fit the BP5 pneumatic clamping module. Workpieces and devices can be clamped with repeat accuracy directly on the BP5 pneumatic clamping module using pull studs. This clamping system can be used to position workpieces at the required machining height in the machine for five-sided machining or to quickly and securely clamp workpieces with offsets and different clamping heights on the machine table. The indexing feature enables workpieces to be secured against radial twisting when using high machining forces.

• Pneumatic opening.
• Operating pressure for opening: min. 8 bar to max. 12 bar.
• Operating pressure for re-clamping (turbo): min. 5 bar to max. 6 bar.
• Housing: Plasma-nitrided, black-oxide hardened steel.
• Clamping module: Hardened cover and piston.
