AMF 6210IH hydraulic mounting element for BH20 with indexing

Application

The mounting element is used to clamp workpieces or devices directly on the BH20 hydraulic clamping module with four-point indexing with repeat accuracy using pull studs. This clamping system can be used to position workpieces at the required machining height in the machine for five-sided machining or to quickly and securely clamp workpieces with offsets and different clamping heights on the machine table.

Execution

• Hydraulic opening.
• Operating pressure for opening: min. 50 bar to max. 60 bar.
• Housing: Plasma-nitrided, black-oxide hardened steel.
• Clamping module: Hardened cover and piston.
