AMF 6210IH-10-05 adapter for clamping module B10 to BH5 with indexing

Application

The adapter element is used to reduce size B10 intermediate elements to fit BH5 hydraulic clamping modules. Workpieces and devices can be clamped with repeat accuracy directly on the BH5 hydraulic clamping module using pull studs. This clamping system can be used to position workpieces at the required machining height in the machine for five-sided machining or to quickly and securely clamp workpieces with offsets and different clamping heights on the machine table. The indexing feature enables workpieces to be secured against radial twisting when using high machining forces.

• Hydraulic opening.
• Operating pressure for opening: min. 50 bar to max. 60 bar.
• Housing: Plasma-nitrided, black-oxide hardened steel.
• Clamping module: Hardened cover and piston.
