Application

The mounting element is used to clamp workpieces or devices directly on the BH10 and BH20 hydraulic clamping modules with repeat accuracy using pull studs. This clamping system can be used to position workpieces at the required machining height in the machine for five-sided machining or to quickly and securely clamp workpieces with offsets and different clamping heights on the machine table.

Execution

  • Hydraulic opening.
  • Operating pressure for opening: min. 50 bar to max. 60 bar.
  • Housing: Plasma-nitrided, black-oxide hardened steel.
  • Clamping module: Hardened cover and piston.

Advantage

  • Quick, easy and flexible clamping of complex workpiece contours on machine tables. Ideal for levelling and securely clamping workpieces or clamping devices at the required machining height in machine tools.

Order numbers for centring sleeves - dia. 15 mm: 535732; dia. 16 mm: 78006. The hydraulic quick-action coupling plug and fastening screws are included in the scope of delivery. * Please follow the installation instructions.
