AMF 6172ILA-10 clamping module with flange and indexing

Application

Zero-point clamping system for clamping with optimised setup time for machining and chipless machining. The pneumatic supply lines can be connected on the side or base using an M5 thread. The air can also be supplied via the base using the O-rings included in the scope of delivery. The clamping module can be mounted on a plate using centring sleeve 6210-15-01 or recessed at three different depths. The indexing slots prevent the interchangeable plate from twisting and enable precise positioning at 90° increments.

• Operating pressure for opening: min. 5 bar to max. 12 bar.
• Hardened cover and piston.
• Flange housing: stainless steel.
• Repeat accuracy less than 0.005 mm.

Notes

Support control: Dynamic pressure when interchangeable plate is present, flow when fixture plate is not present. The installation clamping module is opened pneumatically (1) and locked mechanically by spring force. The pressure line can then be disconnected as desired (module is clamped pressure-free). The flange has three usable connections: 1 = pneumatic opening, 3 = pneumatic blow-out and pneumatic support control, 5 = bleeding * Please follow the installation instructions.
