Execution

• Centric blow-out, support control, opening and locking control
• Pneumatic opening.
• Pneumatic blow-out.
• Operating pressure for opening: min. 8 bar to max. 12 bar.
• Operating pressure for re-clamping (turbo): min. 5 bar to max. 6 bar.
• Hardened cover and piston.
• Repeat accuracy less than 0.005 mm.
• With locking control (pneumatic) and opening control (pneumatic)
• and support control (pneumatic).

Notes

Locking control: Dynamic pressure when clamping module is locked, flow when clamping module is open. Opening control: Dynamic pressure when clamping module is open, flow when clamping module is locked. The installation clamping module is opened pneumatically and locked mechanically by spring force. The device must be briefly pneumatically re-clamped (turbo) (5) to achieve the specified pull-in and locking forces. The pressure line can then be disconnected as desired (module is clamped pressure-free). The installation housing surface serves as the contact surface. It is recommended to use pressure booster 6370ZVL. A corresponding installation tool is available under AMF order no. 564855. The clamping module has five connections: 1 = pneumatic opening, 3 = pneumatic blow-out, 4 = pneumatic opening control input, 5 = pneumatic re-clamping and bleeding, 8 = pneumatic locking control input * Please follow the installation instructions.
