Application

Mechanical double clamping module for clamping with optimised setup time for machining and chipless machining. Ideal for modular surface-mounted clamping solutions using a zero-point clamping system.

Notes

This clamping module consists of two mechanical zero-point clamping systems that can be operated separately. This clamping module can be quickly and easily attached to machine tables with clamping grooves using pull studs for T-grooves. Additional height adapters, workpieces and devices can be attached to the top using pull studs. Pull studs: Zero-point, blade or undersize pull studs (without colour coding) can be used depending on the individual application. The BM10 clamping module may be used only with size 10 M8 pull studs and BM20 only with size 20 M12 pull studs. The fastening screws are included in the scope of delivery. This clamping module may be used at ambient temperatures of up to 200 °C. * Please follow the installation instructions.
