Application

Zero-point clamping system for automation solutions, for clamping with optimised setup time for machining and chipless machining. The pneumatic supply lines can be connected on the side or base using an M5 thread. The air can also be supplied via the base using the O-rings included in the scope of delivery. The clamping module can be mounted on a plate using centring sleeve 6210-15-01 or recessed at three different depths.

Notes

Locking control: Dynamic pressure when clamping module is locked, flow when clamping module is open. Opening control: Dynamic pressure when clamping module is open, flow when clamping module is locked. Pull stud detection: Dynamic pressure when pull stud is present, flow when pull stud is not present. Support control: Dynamic pressure when interchangeable plate is present, flow when fixture plate is not present. The installation clamping module is opened pneumatically (1) and locked mechanically by spring force. The pressure line can then be disconnected as desired (module is clamped pressure-free). The flange has six usable connections: 1 = pneumatic opening, 3 = pneumatic blow-out and pneumatic support control, 4 = pneumatic opening control, 5= bleeding, 6 = pneumatic pull stud detection, 8 = pneumatic locking control * Please follow the installation instructions.
