Application

Pneumatic zero-point clamping system for clamping with optimised setup time for chipless machining. No interfering contours on the underside of the fixture plate, making it ideal for applications in transfer automation.

Execution

• Pneumatic opening.
• Operating pressure for opening: min. 5 bar to max. 12 bar.
• Hardened housing and piston.
• Repeat accuracy less than 0.1 mm.

Notes

The zero-point clamping system is opened pneumatically (1) and locked mechanically by spring force. The pressure line can then be disconnected as desired (zero-point clamping system is clamped pressure-free). Bleeding via connection (5). The zero-point clamping system is screwed into the base plate, which serves as the contact surface.
